Our trip to Texas

Nico and I went to Texas at the end of October. You're probably wondering why I'm just now updating then, right? Well, we got back to WA late on the 30th only to realize we had left our camera cord at my parents' house. So, we couldn't upload any photos. My mom was good enough to send it me and it arrived today! Yay! So here we go. A little about our trip!

On the night that we arrived, we went to eat dinner at Jason's Deli. Aunt Pam always orders their broccoli cheese soup, and Nico wanted to try some. He LOVED it! See?


He also had his first taste of ice cream. Now I know that my parents would not have given ME ice cream at 9 months, but they sure thought it was funny to watch Nico eat it. And I guess it was. He dove right into it and wanted the cone and all.


While we were there, Nico got to hang out with a couple of friends. We went over to Teresa's a couple of times to see her and little Lexi. What a sweetheart she is. And she looks JUST like her uncle John!

Check Nico out sporting his Rockets jersey. John says that he can be a Rockets fan since there's no longer a basketball team in Seattle. But that's kind of a touchy subject.
And just one more because he's so cute in his jersey.


He also go to play with Amanda's little girl, Emma, a couple of times too.

She looks like she's telling him something really serious in this one.

I'm not sure she was real happy that he was following her around.

He also got to spend some time with Aunt Pam
