Ahh, the joys of parenting

Yesterday we went up to Southcenter to do some shopping. They've opened a whole new section of the mall and John hadn't been there yet. After doing some shopping, we decided to head up to Seattle to get some fried rice from Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon. Yum! When John ran in to get our order, I brought Nico up to the front seat to nurse him. While he was nursing, he pooped. So when John got back to the car, I told him I needed some help to change the diaper. I laid Nico in the passenger seat and stood outside to change him. John was sitting in the driver's seat holding Nico's legs over his head. It was pretty messy, and as I was leaning down putting a dirty wipe in the wet bag, I hear John saying, "Oh no!" My first thought was that Nico had stuck his hands in the poopy diaper, but then John says, "He's peeing!" When I looked up, Nico had a stream of pee going right into his face! Poor baby. He had to ride all the way home in a wet shirt with pee in his hair! Needless to say, he got his second bath of the day when we got home.
